Mobile Terms of Service

The PARADYM Supplements mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by PARADYM Supplements LLC (“PARADYM Supplements,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By enrolling in PARADYM Supplements’ SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of PARADYM Supplements at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

Messages may be sent using an automated system and may include:

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and special announcements
  • Cart reminders and product updates
  • Account or order-related notifications

Your consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. Participation in the Service is voluntary.

 

2. Message Frequency and Fees

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with PARADYM Supplements. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

 

3. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to PARADYM or by using the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further promotional messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

If you are subscribed to multiple PARADYM text messaging programs, you must opt out of each program individually.

 

4. Service Changes and Limitations

We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time. If you send a STOP or HELP message to an outdated number, we may not receive it, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide a valid, current mobile number when signing up for the Service. If your number changes, you must re-enroll with your new number.

 

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARADYM Supplements is not liable for:

  • Failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery,
  • Any errors in the information transmitted, or
  • Actions you take (or fail to take) in reliance on the Service.

All mobile messaging is provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
