At PARADYM Supplements, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and accurately. Please review our shipping policy carefully, as it explains how and when orders are fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing Time
- Orders received before 1:00 PM CST are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Methods and Times:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Free Shipping for Subscriptions
All active subscription orders within the United States include free standard shipping. One-time purchases are subject to standard shipping rates unless a promotional offer applies.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processes. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks, but delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties assessed by their country.
For subscription orders, international shipping costs are calculated at the time each renewal order is processed. For one-time international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and any active promotions. Any applicable shipping discounts or free-shipping offers will be automatically applied during checkout.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. PARADYM Supplements is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@paradymsupplements.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-delivery, we may, at our discretion, reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee, or issue a refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at support@paradymsupplements.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note:
- Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
- Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.
- We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
