Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Subscriptions Policy

Thank you for shopping with PARADYM Supplements. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines important information about cancellations, returns, refunds, and subscriptions.

 

1. Definitions

Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to PARADYM Supplements LLC, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

Goods means any product offered for sale by the Company through the Website.

Order refers to any request by you to purchase Goods from us, whether placed as a one-time purchase or via a Subscription.

Service refers to the Website and related customer support functions.

Website refers to www.paradymsupplements.com.

You ("your") means the individual accessing or using the Website or making a purchase on behalf of a company or other legal entity.

Subscription means an automatically renewing order for Goods delivered and billed at regular intervals selected during checkout.


2. Cancellations (One-Time Orders)

One-time (non-subscription) Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an Order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation before shipment, contact us at support@paradymsupplements.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted.


3. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Conditions

3.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.

Customers may request a refund within 60 days from the date of their first-ever Order from the Company if they are not satisfied with the Goods or no longer wish to keep them.

The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests under this guarantee must be made within 60 days of the date of the original Order.
  • The Order associated with the requested refund must be the Customer’s first-ever completed transaction on the Website, whether a Subscription or one-time Order.
  • We will refund up to two (2) bottles, including opened or partially used bottles. Any additional bottles must be unopened, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging in accordance with the return procedures below.
  • Refunds under this guarantee apply only to products purchased directly from the Company through the official Website.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The Money-Back Guarantee cannot be applied more than once per customer, household, or shipping address.

3.2 Returns

Customers may request a return for any eligible Orders under the following conditions:

The following conditions apply:

  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of the date of the original Order.
  • Returns will only be accepted for unopened items that arrive in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
  • Returns and requested refunds apply only to products purchased directly from the Company through the official Website.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must be shipped back using the Company’s authorized return process. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

3.3 Returns Shipping

Upon approval of a return request, a prepaid return label will be issued by email.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise required by law.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of receiving the return label, or the return may be deemed void.

3.4 Refund Timing and Method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected by our fulfillment team. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

3.5 Right to Refuse Returns or Refunds

The Company reserves the right, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to refuse or deny any return or refund request, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse, including excessive or repetitive refund requests.
  • Products that arrive damaged, contaminated, or missing components due to improper handling or use by the Customer.
  • Returns received beyond the 60-day window from the original Order date.
  • Unauthorized returns or shipments not initiated through our approved return process.
  • Products not purchased directly from the Company or purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
  • Violation of this Policy or other terms of sale, including misuse of discount codes or promotions.
  • Any other situation where, in our good faith judgment, the return or refund appears inconsistent with fair use, good faith, or applicable law.

If a return or refund is refused, we will notify you in writing (typically by email) with the reason for refusal. Refused items will not be returned to the sender unless shipping costs are prepaid by the Customer.

3.6 Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products must be sent back in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

If returned Goods are found to be opened, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition (except for the two bottles covered under the Money-Back Guarantee), we reserve the right to deny a full refund or to issue a partial refund at our discretion.


4. Subscriptions

4.1 Overview

The Company offers a subscription program that allows Customers to receive eligible products automatically at a recurring frequency of their choice (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to the terms in this Section 4 and to all other provisions in this Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Subscriptions Policy.

Each subscription will automatically renew for additional periods of the same length unless canceled as described below. Renewal orders are processed and charged to the payment method on file at the then-current applicable price.

4.2 Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal or shipment date. If cancellation is received less than 48 hours before a scheduled shipment, that shipment will be processed and charged, and cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.

Cancellations can be made through your customer account under “Manage Subscription” or “Delivery Schedule.”

If canceling before your first recurring order, email support@paradymsupplements.com to confirm your cancellation request.

By enrolling, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order at the frequency selected until canceled in accordance with this Policy.

4.3 Pricing, Discounts, and Acceptance of Charges

First-time subscription customers may use a one-time 35% discount code on their initial subscription order. After the initial order, all recurring subscription charges receive a 10% automatic discount off the Company’s original, undiscounted product price.

Product prices, discounts, and the recurring amounts are clearly displayed on the product and checkout pages prior to purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these prices and authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency and amounts.

4.4 Subscription Shipping 

Customers within the United States receive free shipping on all subscription orders automatically, including initial and recurring shipments.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping costs on both initial and recurring subscription orders. The international shipping rates on the initial Order is shown at checkout. For recurring Orders, international shipping rates are dynamically calculated at the time each shipment is processed and may vary from the initial order.

International shipments are subject to our Shipping Policy posted on the Website.

4.5 Retention of Promotional Discounts

To remain eligible for the 35% first-order subscription discount, you must complete two total subscription orders—your initial order and one recurring renewal.

If you cancel your subscription before your first renewal is processed, the Company reserves the right to charge your payment method for the difference between the discounted price you paid and the undiscounted retail price.

After completion of your second subscription order, you may cancel at any time without any adjustment charge for the initial discount.

4.6 Money-Back Guarantee and Subscriptions

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a Customer’s first-ever order from the Company, whether that order is a one-time purchase or a subscription.

If your first-ever order is a subscription, that initial subscription order qualifies for the guarantee under the same conditions described in Section 2. The guarantee does not apply to recurring subscription charges or to any subscription order that is not the Customer’s first-ever purchase from the Company.

Refunds for qualifying subscription orders follow the conditions in Section 2 (up to two opened bottles, remainder unopened within 60 days).

4.7 Managing, Adjusting, or Skipping Deliveries

Subscribers may manage or modify their subscription anytime through the customer portal under.

The following options are available:

  • Change quantity: Adjust the number of bottles or items in your subscription.
  • Change frequency: Modify your delivery schedule (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Reschedule deliveries: Delay or move up your next shipment to a date that works best for you.
  • Skip a delivery: Skip one scheduled shipment. If skipped, your subscription automatically resumes on the next scheduled interval.

4.8 Subscription Price Changes

Subject to applicable law, the Company may change subscription pricing, shipping costs, or discounts at any time.

  • You will receive advance notice of any material price change before it takes effect.
  • The updated price will apply only to future renewal orders.

4.9 Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, the Company may:

  • Attempt to re-process the charge using the same payment method;
  • Suspend shipments until valid payment information is provided; or
  • Cancel the subscription after repeated payment failures.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information in their account.

4.10 Right to Refuse or Cancel Subscription

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any subscription if it suspects fraud, misuse of promotional discounts, chargeback activity, or violation of this Policy.

If a subscription is canceled by the Company for cause, the Customer may lose eligibility for promotional pricing or future enrollment under discounted terms.

4.11 Legal Effect of Subscription Enrollment

By enrolling in a subscription, you:

  • Authorize the Company to automatically charge your chosen payment method for recurring orders at the applicable price and frequency until canceled in accordance with this Policy;
  • Acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the terms governing automatic renewals, cancellations, and refund limitations; and
  • Understand that continued participation in the subscription program after any modification to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


5. Address and Delivery Issues

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. This includes full street addresses, apartment or unit numbers, company names (if applicable), and any other details necessary for successful delivery.

The Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses entered at checkout;
  • Changes to the shipping address made after the order has been processed;
  • Customer failure to collect or accept delivery at the designated address; or
  • Issues caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been delivered to the address provided.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or non-delivery, we may, at our discretion:

  • Reship the order to the corrected address once received, with additional shipping costs charged to the customer; or
  • Issue a refund for the product price only (excluding original shipping costs), if the item is eligible for return.

If you believe your package is missing or has been misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify our support team at support@paradymsupplements.com. We will assist where possible, but ultimate delivery responsibility rests with the carrier once an order has left our facility.


6. Changes to Policy

6he Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Subscriptions Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice except where required by law.

We will not send individual email notifications for routine or administrative updates. You will only be notified directly if a change materially affects you or your existing subscription—for example, a modification to pricing, billing frequency, or cancellation rights that applies specifically to your account.

Unless otherwise stated, all updates will apply prospectively and will not affect Orders or subscriptions placed before the effective date of the change. However, if a change is favorable to you (such as lower pricing, improved refund terms, or expanded customer benefits), the Company may apply the update immediately so you receive the benefit.

Your continued use of the Website, completion of future purchases, or maintenance of an active subscription after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
