Definitions

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.
Order means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

1. Cancellations (Pre-Shipment)
You may cancel an order for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to return the item after delivery, please follow the returns process below.

2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. We offer a full refund (excluding return shipping fees), provided the item meets the conditions below:
Eligibility for Return:
Request is made within 60 days of delivery.
Goods are in new and unused condition.
Original packaging is included.
Goods are bought directly from the Company.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier.
We will send you a return label via email once your return request is approved. You may print and attach this to your return package.
Returns May Be Refused If:
The product shows visible signs of damage or use.
The return is incomplete or past the 60-day window.
The item is not eligible under the exclusions below.
Return Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or custom products.
Perishable items or products that deteriorate rapidly.
Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable to return due to hygiene or health protection.
Items that have been mixed with other products after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion based on the above criteria.
3. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
4. Subscriptions
We offer a subscription program for select products. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to all policies on our website, including this Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.
By subscribing, you:
Authorize us to charge your payment method at the prices, frequency, and dates listed at checkout until your subscription is fulfilled or canceled (if permitted).
Acknowledge that subscription orders may be processed automatically until paused or canceled.
Subscription Discount Terms:
As part of the subscription program, you may receive a 15% discount. This discount is conditional upon completing at least two full subscription shipments.
If you cancel your subscription before receiving two shipments:
We reserve the right to revoke the discount and charge your payment method retroactively for the discount amount received in your first order.
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation before two cycles may result in a discount clawback as noted above.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address (including apartment/unit numbers) before placing your order.
6. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update our subscription, cancellation, return, and refund policies at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect pricing, frequency, or cancellation rights.
